Stopped by Seven Grams for a quick drink while I was in the Chelsea area! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their latte! I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but their espresso in my drink was stronger than other lattes I've had. For the cookies, they were initially little dry when I had them, but when I reheated them at home, they were very solid! The original chocolate chip was thick with a gooey cookie dough and melted chocolate in middle. It was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The matcha white chocolate was also good with a nice subtle matcha flavor. They have vegan cookies as well as regular types. The store itself had a good amount of indoor seating as well as outlets. No bathrooms. Wifi available. Staff were nice and friendly!

Small coffee shop in/near Chelsea. Fast friendly service. The coffee is delicious and strong. They have flavored syrups if you want a flavored latte, just ask. I had an iced lavender latte with oat milk this last visit, and it was perfect. Ordered an iced caramel latte for my dad, and he loved it. Can't complain! (Haven't tried the sweets here so can't review those.) Whenever I stay in Chelsea, I'll try to come here!

We tried at least 2-3 coffee shops a day while in NYC, and seven grams was definitely one of the best! We all loved our drinks - flat whites and lattes. The coffee was strong and came through in the milk. Drink was so smooth and balanced. Cute and quaint place in the heart of NYC!

From their website: "The adult version of milk and cookies, and the perfect warm-weather combo: a bottle of our cold brew concentrate and six of our famous ooey-gooey vegan tahini and olive oil chocolate chip cookies." LOVE THIS COMBO, so of course I had to treat myself. The packaging was perfect. The cold brew wasn't leaking as it was wrapped up pretty tightly, and the stacked cookies came in a pull out box. I also appreciated that the communication from ordering to eating (my cookies came with a card on how to reheat them) was faultless. The coffee is good! I didn't find it bitter, but I did find it very strong even after cutting it with water. The cookies are good! I would definitely encourage you to place them in the oven for 2 to 4 minutes at 350° (which is Seven Grams recommendation -- last night, I also microwaved a defrosted one for a few five second intervals). I didn't really notice any tahini or olive oil flavor (which is a bummer, because I was expecting something more than just a classic chocolate chip cookie), but the cookies were super greasy (from the oil? just have a paper towel handy to rest them on). Also, all of my cookies had a flat bottom and domed top. I'm wondering if they were baked on an extremely hot pan which caused them to partially spread out? The total, as of writing this, was $68 (free shipping on orders over $55). I think I would order for myself again! And could see myself sending friends this as a holiday gift at the end of the year too.

Reliable friendly shop for oatmilk lattes and chai tea. We also scarfed down a chocolate croissant and chocolate chip cookie too fast to get a pic. Shop has seating to take break from the hustle and bustle.

Seven Grams was our cozy oasis in the rain! As the rain poured down outside, my friend and I sought refuge in Seven Grams Caffe, a charming little spot in the heart of the city. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by the warm aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the friendly smiles of the baristas. We ordered an americano and a chai latte, both of which were expertly crafted and perfectly balanced. The americano had a robust flavor with just the right amount of bitterness, while the chai latte was a delightful blend of spices and creaminess. We also indulged in an almond croissant, which was flaky, buttery, and bursting with flavor. It was the perfect complement to our hot drinks on a rainy day. The atmosphere at Seven Grams was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a welcoming vibe. We were especially grateful for the dog-friendly policy, as we were able to bring our beloved Pomeranian along for the outing. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. Overall, our experience at Seven Grams Coffee Shop was a delightful respite from the dreary weather outside. The combination of delicious drinks, tasty treats, and warm hospitality made it a memorable visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and a bite to eat.

Matcha white chocolate chip cookie: overall pretty subtle flavor but once I was able to taste the matcha, I really did enjoy the flavor, just wish it was a bit more intense. Love the crispy exterior and the soft cakier inside texture. Chocolate chip cookie: the cross section when breaking this one in half was so sexy. The chocolate chips were still gooey and liquidy while the outside was pleasantly crisp. I will say I prefer Levain's cookie texture more however because their cookies have a lot more exterior texture and crunchiness to contrast w the soft inside, which I personally prefer. Still, this was a very solid chocolate chip cookie. Iced matcha latte: guess I didn't event bother taking a picture from how disappointed I was with it. I don't think their matcha lattes are made sweetened, so I tried making it taste better and hopefully amplify the matcha flavor by adding simple syrup but somehow it became even more flavorless because I didn't even taste the bitterness of the matcha anymore which I guess was the only source of flavor. It was like drinking flavorless milk with an afterthought of matcha. This reminded me of why I refrain from trying matcha lattes at new places even though I love matcha lattes:/
